Texas Blind Snake

Texas Blind Snakes are harmless, I’ve heard. They can  be found  in the southwestern states in the U.S.A.  As you might expect, their eyes are nothing more than two little pin-pricks and sometimes chickens eat them, mistaking them for worms. I wonder if one could use them on the end of a hook to go fishing and if you’d catch a whopper of a fish with this technique!
